The size of our company is far greater than I had originally envisioned. I like to quote the infamously great Mike Tyson: “Everyone has a plan until they get punched in the mouth!”. This relates to my adversity in transitioning from a typical 70/30% commission firm to paying out 100%”, but I learned early on that if Realtors earned a good living working with us, they would be more successful & remain a LoKation Agent throughout their career. While I am proud of the firm we have built for our Realtors, I also believe in giving back though our philanthropic arm of the company ‘LoKation® Cares’ which takes on local and national initiatives, volunteering and fund-raisers each year.
